The Romanian Court can't let him go. They've crossed the line to where he's going to first withdraw millions from the country and then he's going to make court officers pay dearly.

Nothing violent but I'm sure a lot of financial problems for them, bad neighbors, etc. They can't afford to have someone with a lot of 'eff you money tearing things up.

I don’t know about “anti-American” but he certainly was an embarrassment to Romania. No country wants its reputation trashed with such an association. Eastern Europe isn’t the desperate place it used to be, and most countries there are trying hard to become respectable.
