Yes, he is. He believes in BLM, CRT, white privilege, AND he does clickbait stuff with feminist airheads, but in philosophy he goes along with feminist materialism.
I don't agree with their system of justice, but Tate does. He bashed the U.S. and our Constitution, and said Romania had a better system of justice. Actions have consequences. You get what you vote for. He hates our Due Process, so don't ask for it now.

Well, this is why you should probably do some perfunctory research about how the legal system works before you travel to, and especially before you relocate to or do business in, foreign countries.
And especially if you are the kind of person that the US government is not going to waste an ounce of diplomatic currency to help.

I never even heard of him (until arrested), but I am old enough to remember when the United States stood for FREE SPEECH, rather than having a client-country arrest people whose speech got in the way of their (demented) message.
