The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you’ll be solving them all within a few days. If you’re stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper. If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hal’s Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.
One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please don’t put the actual words of the quote in the clue.

Good one!
Would like to be on the Today’s Cryptogram Ping List?
Thanks Nikos, but no, as I rarely sign-in to FR even though I'm reading FR every day, so any ping list notifications would just pile up within my in-box and clutter it.
That said, I *do* seek out the Cryptogram every day and often solve it. You, Apple Pan, and Lonesome are doing a tremendous job keeping it going and I commend you for your dedication. Every day I look forward to working on (and hopefully solving) the Cryptogram, helps keep my aging brain supple :)
Thanks again for all you do
Perfect image! I was getting ready to post a pic, then saw you already had a great one.
Welcome to our daily fun, hope to see you back again.

I ask, why would I do that?

Leonardo: Hold ma chianti and watch this, y’all.
That’s the first one I’ve ever solved one of these in word order without skipping ahead. The only slight exception - I peripherally noticed the double letters in word four while I was working on word three. Otherwise, I took each word as it came…. fun.
those easy words are not SEE or TOO.
That’s definitely a milestone.
