Latino is not a race. “Latino” Argentina is mostly European whites.

You are very much correct. Argentina and Uruguay are perfect examples of Latin American countries that are “whiter” than the US population wise. Majority US Latinos are of one ethnicity (Mexican or Mexican American) although that percentage is shrinking and most of these folks are of mixed euro and Amerindian ancestry. Mrs. Clemenza is Puerto Rican of Euro/West African/Taino ancestry like most folks from the island. Hispanics and Latinos can be of any race as even the census acknowledges - “whites Hispanic” is not a joke - there really are Hispanic Americans who are 100% Euro descended.
