Fox News has doomed Jussie Smollett as the disgraced actor desperately attempts to appeal his conviction for staging an anti-Trump hate crime.
Smollett recently announced he is demanding a retrial after he was found guilty of blaming President Donald Trump’s supporters for a fake racial attack.
However, the American people have not forgotten what Smollett did or how Chicago prosecutors tried to let him off.
Fox will release an exclusive five-part docuseries “Jussie Smollett: Anatomy of a Hoax” on March 13th.
John Finley, the streaming platform’s executive vice president, announced the series.
The series will feature the first time ever exclusive interviews with brothers Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo.
The Nigerian brothers were part of an elaborate plot to perpetrate a staged hate crime on actor Jussie Smollett.
They were the two “attackers” in the hoax who dressed as MAGA-hat-wearing Trump supporters.
But they have never spoken to the media about their role in the hoax, until now.
Finley said, “Anatomy of a Hoax takes a deep dive into a scam that reverberated through the worlds of entertainment, pop culture, and politics.
“We’re excited for viewers to hear the real stories behind this scandal from the Osundairo brothers for the very first time.”
The Osundairo brothers will unravel the details of the planning of the fake crime, its execution, and all that ensued in the aftermath.
In January 2019, Smollett claimed to have been attacked on a Chicago street by two men who were said to have shouted “this is MAGA country” while beating and putting a noose around his neck.
He claimed that attacked him because he’s black and gay.
After an investigation, Chicago police discovered the attack was staged, and that Smollett had hired the Osundairo brothers to carry out the crime.
So Fox News is releasing the documentary that will end any hope Smollett has of getting his conviction tossed, on the eve of Smollett’s appeal.
Smollett filed court documents seeking a retrial in his conviction.
As Slay News reported, Smollett’s lawyers are arguing in the Illinois First District Appellate Court that trial judge James Linn was prejudiced against them, sandbagged their work during cross-examination, and let prosecutors strike a disproportionate amount of potential black jurors and a gay juror.
His lawyers also make the shocking claim that Linn went too far at sentencing claiming he took “on a personal retributive tone, based on speculative information”

That punishes a person that knowningly falsely acuses or hoaxes with the same penalty as the crime being reported.
We have gone way past the point with these false “hate crimes” where the perp/ victim receives no repercussions.

Ain’t it funny how Juicy and Kamala Harris were buddies and she had an anti-lynching Bill that she wrote and there was not really any support for it and then Juicy was attacked by whitey who put a noose around his neck in an attempt to LYNCH him and POOF there was suddenly support for her bill???

Remember, he also sent terrorist hoax letters to his workplace, with “white powder” in them. Sent through the US mail, which makes it a federal offense and a pretty big one at that.
Never got prosecuted for that, of course.
He will never spend another day in jail.
