I have a terrible time fasting...my brain goes into starvation panic overload and food becomes its major focus. I am thinking of doing 500-800 calories for 5 days which is what Longos program is...and that way my brain relaxes a bit.

It's ridiculously easy to do. I just skip breakfast a couple days a week. Eat a light meal of spinach, and wild rice mushrooms onions fennel and beans at 5pm and don't eat lunch until 1 or 2pm the next day.
