I have a terrible time fasting...my brain goes into starvation panic overload and food becomes its major focus. I am thinking of doing 500-800 calories for 5 days which is what Longos program is...and that way my brain relaxes a bit.
That works just fine
I actually tolerate a traditional fast better than regulating the fasting mimicking
diet
Both work and I think the key is to go through as many fasting-regeneration cycles as is practical or what your doc recommends - especially if you are doing it as an adjunct to chemo or some other treatment
