It’s surprising that not one Rolling Stones album made the list.
Even their Greatest Hits 71-75 album

And BTW...Fahrenheit 451 is an absolute classic film...one of my very favorite films. In fact I haven't watched it in some time...I'm gonna dust it off and watch it this weekend.Come in cousins...be one of the family!
P.S. I never said the 70s were the best, but that year (1977) had some huge albums (Meat Loaf, Boston, Fleetwood Mac, Bee Gees, etc). But I am biased as I was a young whipper-snapper then. The 60s were spectacular.

The 70s were a complete waste of time,musically.Nah...

Some nay most of those 60-70’s songs were of the primitive repete he chorus variety. Same thing over and over for 2.5 minutes:
Keep on rocking me baby
Keep on rocking me baby
Keep on rocking me baby
Keep on rocking me baby
Keep on rocking me baby
Keep on rocking me baby
Keep on rocking me baby
Keep on rocking me baby

When I was in high school, that’s all we did at lunch was argue over who the best band, guitarist, drummer, etc. was.

Frampton Comes Alive should be near the top. The records at the top, tend to sell over the years. Who bought "Frampton Comes Alive" after 1978?

Jump wasn't on Van Halen's debut album.
I agree with you regarding the rest except for Dylan. I think he is overrated and not by himself but by everyone else who holds him up like some sort of god due to rock/folk music groupthink.
