Oh Boy...

Well now there's a problem.

Tucker has released video that pretty-much blows a hole in the entire January 6th narrative. In fact, it blows it up, sets it alight and watches it burn to ash.

This is a serious problem for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the number of people sitting in prison -- or convicted on connived, false claims with no ability for their defense to access the evidence proving that in many cases they were escorted.

At worst most of these people are guilty of trespass, but even there you likely can't make it stick as trespass is voided if you're invited or chaperoned, and its quite clear that at least in some cases -- they are.

There's another problem too: The Brady decision by the USSC makes clear that the prosecution must turn over all evidence they have which exculpates a defendant. It's not optional and it dates to 1963. The violations here are severe and in fact it appears basically universal.

I have no idea how the DOJ thought they'd get away with this indefinitely, but apparently they did think they would.

Well, not any more.

Now the question becomes if the government will not live to its own laws, what remains?

Plus, Bank of America willingly provided the FBI a list of people that made purchases January 5-7 in Washington, DC and the surrounding areas.

If you had EVER purchased a firearm using their card at any time in the past, you were at the top of the list.

Yep. Agreed. Every member of Congress and any agencies who participated in this mass lynching disguised a show trial should themselves be given a fair, public trial before reassignment to the Ukrainian army at Bakhmut. And the relative silence among many leading Republicans (including you-know-who) about this mess just became even more troubling. Correcting this huge miscarriage of justice brought to us by none other than the people’s representatives deserves at least the same level of urgent attention on the part of prominent Republicans as was displayed in the massive fund-raising efforts to (supposedly) address election fraud. Leaders who won’t stand up for their most loyal and enthusiastic supporters will hardly act to protect those who merely agree with them, are indifferent to them or oppose them - categories in which the vast majority of a republic’s citizens are likely to fall. May God have mercy on us.

There is phone video taken by others at the scene, which we have all seen. Tucker was referring to video taken from the Capitol’s cameras - the video his people are going over now.

The lefts narrative has been exposed. Every wonder why that backpack bomber was never investigated? That too, was more than likely a staged event.

The pipe bomber was what I was referring to.

Prepper ping - The Jan 6th tapes releases by Tucker Carlson indicates that we have a law "Enforcement Problem" by the Department of Justice
"The Brady decision by the USSC makes clear that the prosecution must turn over all evidence they have which exculpates a defendant."
The Justice Department has not complied with Constitutional rights, nor human rights of the January 6th political prisoners as evidenced by the January 6th tapes, just released !

"Tucker has released video that pretty-much blows a hole in the entire January 6th narrative.
In fact, it blows it up, sets it alight and watches it burn to ash."

"This is a serious problem for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the number of people sitting in prison
-- or convicted on connived, false claims with no ability for their defense to access the evidence proving that in many cases they were escorted."

"At worst most of these people are guilty of trespass, but even there you likely can't make it stick as trespass is voided if you're invited or chaperoned,
and its quite clear that at least in some cases -- they are."

"There's another problem too: The Brady decision by the USSC makes clear that the prosecution must turn over all evidence they have which exculpates a defendant.
It's not optional and it dates to 1963.
The violations here are severe and in fact it appears basically universal."

"Now the question becomes if the government will not live to its own laws, what remains?"

(My Comment): If the Justice Department will not follow the nations Constitutional laws, then why should we expect anything different from other agencies ?
Is the supposed democratic government already at war with its people, as proscribed by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations Project 2030 pogrom ? Who is watching over the watchers if the media doesn't do its job of journalistic accuracy, or dutifully and accurately reporting facts ?
We have already seen what happens when laws are subverted, or supervision skirted around by bending the lawful rules by other agencies such as the NIH/ CDC regarding "gain of function".
Government should provide lawful security and safety through its laws, rather than create more chaos and insecurity !
Our nation deserves better, or it will not survive !

Pretty sure that likely goes for any debit/credit card out there.

A very deadly and surreal false flag op will in effect remove the dice to be rolled. It is coming, too. The narrative is already being prepped with the public.

I don't know if they can withstand two more years of covers being pulled.

They have one trump card left - they either play it soon or give it up. I don't think they're smart enough to give up.

But the whole thing turns on three things in short supply - money, uncorrupted courts, and honest and fearless lawyers.

It's not a bet, it's a sorry fact that we face.

I am not advocating a second civil war nor a war of revolution, but I'll die by force before I give up my right to own and carry my guns.

If the election of 2024 is as corrupt as 2020 {and I am still alive} then all bets of civilization in the USA are off as far as I'm concerned.

I guarantee no worries about a second civil war. The only ones who believe in such a thing are meal team 6, 3% types playing tacticool running around the woods with their airsoft gear. Besides, who wants dangerous freedom when there is peaceful, big brand new lifted trucks, dirt bikes, boats, RV's, big screen TV's with Big Games on them and booze to drink slavery to be had?

The truth is, the Founding Fathers outlined exactly how unruly governments were to be handled, and not a drop of blood needs shed. It's right there in the Declaration. I'm paraphrasing, but essentially, "Governments derive their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed." The answer to all of this is simple, really. Stop consenting. The real question is, do we have the intestinal fortitude to make the sacrifices necessary to stop consenting, and I say the answer to that, based on my experiences with people, groups and politicians is an overall no, we do not.

I'm in my 80s so I may not live to see the election of 2024, but I've been a poll watcher since 2000 and if the election of 2024 has the same outcome as 2020, you will never see a post from USS Alaska protesting the election.

I'll be somewhere, but none of my actions will be posted by me.

This is my last word on the subject.

I have no idea how the DOJ thought they'd get away with this indefinitely, but apparently they did think they would.

It was all about socking it to Trump and shutting down any talk of a stolen election (which was gathering steam). In fact, the purpose of the J6 Committee was to keep all this exculpatory footage under wraps into perpetuity.
