For more detail go to the link and click on the image for a high definition image. You can then move the magnifying glass cursor then click to zoom in and click again to zoom out. When zoomed in you can scan by moving the side bars on the bottom and right side of the image.

By Venus & Jupiter & Stars this pics was taken 3/11/2012

But

It can’t be after sunset, on 3/11/2012 Venus was near its greatest elongation at ~45° and riding high above the sun. In Poland the sun set 5:34pm, Venus set at 10:01pm so by the time Jupiter & Venus were that low in the sky for that picture it would have long been dark.

So those are town lights or something.
