Explain to those left in the snow disaster that their Governor is in Baja resting, relaxing, getting a sun tan so that when the Snow Emergency is over The Governor can return ready to get back to work.... he’s doing this to show you virtually what a vacation is like since YOU don’t get one! What a guy, escaping the Snow Disaster and going on a sunny vacation just for his supporters! Someone has to do it and since it’s not you, The Governor will do it!

That's just it. The government is in the way. They completely closed a highway into the San Bernardino mountains and people who are trying to get in to help friends and family cannot do so. Nor can those in the hills get out. Some were donning backpacks with supplies to hike in to get to people.
