Webb started out as a liberal. Once he learned how to do truly in-depth research he became as close to us as one can imagine since he follows the story. If the story had led left he would have gone that way but as we know all dems/lefties do is lie,Webb won't operate like that.

He's incredibly smart and puts stuff together like few can do.

Also,he won't take much of anyone's research as gospel once he gets on to a topic.

For instance when Seth Rich was shot Webb went to dc and walked the same walk Rich made on the night he was shot.Webb did his thing and figured out that much of the evidence had been stolen and was in the hands of the FBI,not the dc police.

He later figured that they were never going to tell what actually happened. If anyone did it would have to be a member of the blogoshpere.

Imran Awan was another key story for him. He did it in-depth and knew more than anyone about the family, Wasserman shulz,etc. He figured out that using blackberries the Awans had compromised some 80 House members and that the Awans were basically ISI assets for Pakistan.

He learned that Awan was treated like a rock star when he went back to Pakistan. A key things few knew before he outed them.

That's just a few examples.

He has traveled much of the world gathering evidence and finding his own way on story after story.
