I’ve read that houses that are known for having had ugly things happen in it (murders,for example) are difficult to sell and bring far less than they’d be otherwise worth.

It’s been resold 3 or 4 times since her death and probably remodeled as many times.
5 baths and 3 half baths! I Don’t want to own a house with 8 toilets for me to clean.
