Federal judge says wrongful death lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse can proceed
A wrongful death lawsuit filed by the father of one of the men Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed in the Kenosha riots will proceed, a federal judge in Wisconsin ruled Wednesday.
Anthony Huber was one of the two men Rittenhouse killed in August 2020 during the riots following the shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man, by police.

Please tell me Kyle is suing this guy back.
There’s some good video showing it was TOTALLY self defense.
It’s long past time for “LOSER PAYS” legislation for frivolous lawsuits at both federal and state levels.
I sure hope so.
So then Kyle’s parents can sue them for raising a POS?
When are we going to institute the “Loser Pays” tort reform. If you haven’t got a good case you better sit down and shut up. But if you can prove your case then by all means make it and get your money. But if you lose your case then you pay all court costs and lawyer fees for BOTH sides. Including penalty multiplier points for personal, property and reputation losses.
Now that’s legislation i could get behind. That would put the lawyers out of business.
This type of litigation is illegal in Florida. If the criminal case is adjudicated not guilty, a civil case has no standing.
I think I remembered that from the Florida CCW class.
The basic problem will not b e solved by another law.
The problems will only be solved when we impeach judges who do not have enough intelligence to be judges.
This case is plainly nothing more than legal blackmail.....pay me or I will sue.
The most straight forward case will cost $250,000 plus. One which drags on with thousands of pages of depositions, “expert” witnesses, endless postponements and court dates cost exponentially more.
As in the case of General Flynn and President Trump.
The courts need to penalize those who bring frivolous suits intended to bankrupt political opponents and their supporters.
That poor kid. I read an article last week that said Grosskreuz would still likely fail in this suit because of video evidence and his own testimony from the trial.
“Yes, I pointed my gun at him first.”
“Yes, I he only fired when threatened.”
“Yes, my carry permit was expired and I was illegally carrying a weapon.”
Etc.
hopefully that is the case-
In my opinion the purpose of the lawsuit is not to get any money (that is just extra if they win). No, the purpose is to harass and punish anyone that goes against the left.
Only thing you need to know. Appointed by the human sh*tball Bill Clinton.
Thanks George HW Bush for breaking your tax promise. That gave us human sh*tball.
Bush and Clinton were two sides of the same coin.

Don’t forget that GHW also appointed far-left David Souter to the U.S. Supreme Court, and his RINO son, George, gave us the Patriot Act and perpetual Middle-East wars, not to mention that he claimed Bill Clinton was “his brother from another mother.”
Never trust a Bushie.

The justice system is so corrupt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In a totally “blind” judicial system, that would work.
Unfortunately, there are judges that are corrupt, like emmet sullivan, that ignore the law.
