It has been clear enough since the Obama administration weaponized the DOJ and the FBI that there is no longer a single and equal system of justice in America.
There are two; one for progressive Democrats that essentially ignores the Constitution, and a harsh, Kafkaesque version for conservatives.
Remember when those Black Panthers stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia with baseball bats and Eric Holder refused to prosecute them for voter intimidation? Or when the Obama administration sold guns to the drug cartels in a pathetic effort to track them and ultimately blame American gun stores? One of those guns killed a U.S. Border Patrol agent. And when subpoenaed, Eric Holder refused to comply and was not held in contempt. That was just the beginning.
The left thought Trump’s 2015 presidential candidacy was a joke. As it gained steam, they strategized; Ah, how about we accuse him of colluding with Russia to get elected? That was Hillary’s bright idea – he stole the election with Russia’s help! The Democrat sheep all gleefully followed her and the FBI/DOJ lead. The media gleefully embraced the hoax. They published fiction and won Pulitzers. Now that the truth is out, if they had a smidgeon of moral sense, they would all return their Pulitizers, resign, or be fired.
Donald Trump was the best president to come along in decades for all the right reasons: Energy independence, low unemployment, low inflation; he was tough on China, he got NATO to pay more of their fair share of their own defense, secured the southern border and started no wars.

We are rapidly becoming a corrupt, third-world thugocracy. I guess that is the left’s view of equity and bringing the USA in line with banana republics.
It’s not. Obama, Biden, most Democrats, and the media are communists pushing age old communist ideas of social justice and “equality” as they define them.
Not becoming, we are there.

We don’t have a “justice” system.
We don’t have a “legal” system.
We merely have a “court” system.
There are no grand principles, it’s just a black-robed priest and 12 monkeys throwing turds.
A Late Stage Republic.
As with America’s medical industry, I hold very little trust in our justice system ... especially when it involves children. It’s to the point that I believe very, very little of what politicians and, especially, unelected bureaucrats (much less self-proclaimed “experts”) say ... and I live a healthier life — mental as well as physical — by doing so.
Until the people repent and return to God, we will continue our plunge into chaos.
It sucks. The courts and a bunch of raggedy assed “judges” who can’t get their own TV show are not supposed to be running the country. Especially now that we are no longer “a nation of laws”.
I have posted my belief agreeing with this repeatedly.

Actually, although all of us here at FR likely hold Eric Holder in contempt, so did Congress. The contempt resolution passed on 255 to 67 margin. Only 17 democrats voted in favor, the rest walked out. Holder faced no other penalty than the resolution.
Hillsborough County FL Code Enforcement just sent me an email in reply to my reporting a property owner for code violations. I was told Code Enforcement “does not enforce any private property codes”. You just can’t make this stuff up. Further, one of the property owner’s family members is employed by Hillsborough County Public Works. So there ya go. You wanna talk about corruption? And what really got me was the rapidity with which I received a reply to my complaint. Usually it takes 24 hours before a county department replies, after you’ve received a robomail acknowledgment. This guy got back to me personally in a matter of minutes, basically telling me to pound sand. Holy cow. Your tax dollars at work.

I disagree. The DOJ and FBI were weaponized under the Bush Administration, shortly after 9/11. The single most powerful tool they were given were the Patriot Act, which allowed them to be weaponized and to crush ordinary folks. The “Wall” was taken down permanently, I am afraid, and allows them to crush ordinary citizens without the threat of oversight from Congress. All they have to do is claim that an “ongoing investigation” prevents them from even stating what they are doing. Watch Merrick Garland use this defense when the new Congressional hearings ask anything about the Hunter Biden investigation.

It’s not realistic to expect a bureaucracy to dispense justice like pop from a vending machine. Unfortunately, the arrogance that accompanies a black robe is akin to that which comes with too many college degrees. We are awash with fools who believe they are infallible based on recognition from other fools. Thomas Sowell says it takes a lot of education to really understand how little we know. We admire humility in those in positions of authority because it is so rare.
The democrat party are the assassins of the electoral and judicial systems and they ain’t done yet dismantle the entire system is the goal.

We use to live in Hillsborough County, FL. Code enforcement was a joke. One year, high schoolers went through our neighborhood and graffitied road signs, cars, buildings and the road itself. They spray painted our pump house with some graphic stuff. When we called the sheriff, they knew who the kids were. But they didn’t do anything and code enforcement sent us a letter that said we would be charged $1000 a day until we painted over the graffiti on our pump house. We were so pissed. None of the kids were charged. They didn’t have to do the fixing. Their parents didn’t have to pay for the paint or give the owners of the cars some remedy for their cars being vandalized. It was a joke! And yes, we painted our pump house.

The courts are filling a vacuum because the legislature forgot the meaning of the word compromise. You can see it here on FR. The people who believe articles like this who are mentally unable to accept an 80% win—instead they burn the place down like 13 year olds.
