Some notes:

The definition of "vaccine" was changed but this wont effect the lawsuit according to Barnes therefore Pfizer can't pull a fast one.

He points out that the Biden admin mandated the vaccines while Trump did not. An important distinction to all Trump critics.

The only problem with the lawyers argument is, as he said, the contract with the military said Pfizer promised to deliver a product approved by the FDA as safe, effective, et c.
