Noah’s sons were Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Ham’s son included Canaan, Cush,and Put.
Cush is associated with Ethiopia, Nubia and Put with Libya, iirc.

The early Egyptian dynasties were a result of Nile River fertility as fertile crescent dynasties were associated with tigris, euphrates fertility.

So, the lower egytian kingdoms and Sudanese and Ethiopians should be considered.
