I would be skeptical about that stat - 80% of Canadian children being double vaxxed. Most people I know didn’t vax their kids.

For American FReepers who haven’t spent much time in Canada, as I’ve driven through the western part of Canada many times, I would say the political conservatism of provinces like Alberta is akin to states like Montana, Wyoming, and the Dakotas.
