TO ALL:
No one here is an apologist for this behavior. But, not everything is about race.
The issue here is that he’s a special ed student. IOW, this case is about intellectual disability.
How about these stories?
This 8th grader brutally attacked his teacher in September:

Would you all assume that case is about race? To me, it seems to be about a violent student.
Ever heard that story? I didn’t. Someone shared it on Twitter.
And this story happened in 2021: https://twitter.com/SmashDaTopic/status/1461830462314369028
I don’t remember seeing that one before, either. Here’s the news story:
https://nypost.com/2021/11/22/texas-student-hits-teacher-makes-racially-charged-comments/
Usually, we see stories of special needs students being attacked. We rarely see stories of them attacking others.
But, some do become aggressive. It’s a common situation.
In 2021, THIS WOMAN was attacked by a large 17yo special ed student, and SHE DIED:

She was black. Ever heard that story? Here’s more info:

Was that story about race? Or was it about the risks that paraprofessionals face while working in special ed programs?
That’s a rhetorical question. It’s about special ed programs.
What are the people in authority going to do about it. Their school, their responsibility.
Will they let him have his Nintendo in jail?
Same one. This is several days old.
Same one. This is several days old.
Welcome to last week
Even if it was murder and he was convicted it would not be the death penalty. He is special Ed.
Didn’t the Supreme Court rule back in something like 2007 or 2008, low IQ individuals can’t be executed? I still don’t understand that ruling. Only kill smart criminals, why? A vicious, stupid brute is MORE to be feared in my book, not less.
Exactly
Exactly
“What are the people in authority going to do about it. Their school, their responsibility.”
Agree but add that the Federal Government should not be involved. Each school and the citizens of the community can deal with these age-old problems.
I am surprised that CBS would show this video.
This friggin’ ape should be in a zoo. What the hell was the maggot doing walking around loose?
The para is on the mend, thank God.

Black Males between the ages of 13-35 make up around 2% of the population but are responsible for over 50% of the violent crime.
I’ve responded to incidents at our local schools involving “special needs” students. The only thing “special needs” about most of these kids, is they can’t function in a normal classroom setting without acting out. So they give them an IEP and stick them in a “special” class where they terrorize the children who actually are disabled and have legitimate “special needs”.
The longer society refuses to call out the behavior of these ferals, the longer this will occur.
I read somewhere earlier that she has died. I'll see if I can find it.
Hulking 6’6” boy, 17, who ‘viciously beat his teaching aide unconscious’ is held on $1 MILLION bond, will be charged as an adult and faces up to 30 years in prison - after being arrested THREE times for battery in 2019
This student sounds developmentally disabled. Still, if a disabled student has these violent outbursts, he should’ve never been in a school setting. That’s the issue here.
Not everything is about race. (Both the Left and the Right go on and on about race.)
In one of the videos I posted above, a black teacher is beaten brutally by a student who is... not black. I wouldn’t say that incident was about race. It’s about a violent student.
