Small town empires are very interesting. Especially when they unravel and a whole bunch of dirt comes out.

The (??????????????’s) have been running that area for 4 generations with lots of bad behavior swept away with well placed phone calls.


Your statement above probably could apply to many if not most small towns across America, the UK and Europe.

So replace my ???’s above with the name of any small town with at least one powerful and often secretive family.

Yeah. There are a bunch. It’s always interesting to me being a child of pop culture and growing up on Kung Fu, and then The Incredible Hulk, and then A-Team, which are all basically the same show about people drifting into some small town and breaking the empire. When I got old enough to start reading the right books and watching the right documentaries, there’s a lot more truth in those goofy shows than one might think.
