I think that is a fair assessment, and I think we are already seeing those attempts. Not a lawyer, nor do I know why the judge ruled as he did. But assuming that the judge's ruling was the appropriate one, and I do question why the lawyer would submit the case in Ca. to begin with, it may say something towards the lawyer's competence. But at least the judge ruled to deny that the lawyer be labeled as a vexatious litigant at this stage.
