We used a reindeer fur in my infant son’s stroller. If it wasn’t 20 degrees F or colder, he would get overheated (and cry like a baby!)
Not a problem in Sweden!

Add a clip-on fan to provide even greater cooling.
And an 80 lb battery to power it. Or maybe a couple of solar panels.
