Sure, and presumably the 137x is also for a wider range of ages than the 85 to 104--if it were for the same population the 137 would be impossible. Even if there were only 1 coof death among the 85 and all 104 the next year were coof deaths, than that would be a 104x increase only. But to get that 104 would be an implausible way to interpret the data.
The rest of the numbers whatever they are could add up in some way, but seems very unlikely its not a bogus way.
