I feel really bad for this man.
Before anybody flips out at me, I took care of patients like this for 40 years. What they have done to him, in order to win that seat is not only unspeakably cruel, it is inhumane.

I have seen people who have had a stroke try to speak, some cannot and never will again, and some will be like this man who can hear, but can’t make any sense out of it.

Now imagine if your party puts you (if you were him) on national television and turn you loose-unwashed, unshaven, faint from hunger and you don’t know a SINGLE person.

I just can’t pile on him, even if he IS a Democrat.
I think them doing this is just HIDEOUS behavior.
If THAT is the kind of people who would do this is
the party they belong to, then they can keep it.
Now his wife has abandoned him....

Pray for this man. He may come from a wealthy family but he is so much poorer than you can imagine.

Your kind heart shows in your comments regarding Fetterman. Jill Biden allows the same to be done to Joe. Fetterman and Joe may be the dirtiest of Democrats but to put them on display in their current states by the DNC and their families is inhumane. Both belong in long term care facilities at least until Joe is dealt with for his years of treason.

I agree with you. It’s not his fault, it’s the damn greedy, evil Democrats who are using and abusing this poor man. What they are subjecting him to is not at all what he needs at this time.

My Dad had a stroke four years before he passed, and it totally zombified him at first. His brain had to be coaxed to re-wire itself (a total lay person’s description! LOL) It took my brother and me several months of daily stimulation to get him out of the Memory Care center. We earned a reputation, we practically lived in that place, while most of the residents got weekly visits, at best. Dad got scheduled therapy, but my brother and I could use specific things, subjects and memories that were familiar parts of his life to more effectively trigger that brain of his into new re-connections. It was a large labor of love, but ultimately successful. Dad never decided to learn to get up and walk again, though, because he was physically lazy, and preferred to spend his spare time sitting, reading books - history, science, geography. He always loved to learn new things.
