I’m 84 my wife will soon be 83.
Therapy with our shoulders is critical to keep the scar tissue at a minimum and our muscles able to do the job.
It seem like for my wife and I, we need to do the shoulder reps at minimum of 3-4 times a week and just while walking.
Have your PT show you exercises while
Walking, standing, sitting, by a dresser and in bed.
I try to walk a mile per day and use the walking sticks to keep my shoulder able to move without pain.
The pain is pretty much gone now but range of motion needs to be corrected. Thanks for the hints.
