Not crazy at all. WE are the (neo) Marxists now. And neo-Marxists simply exchanged "the oppressed proletariat," for oppressed sexual, gender, race groups etc... Everything else, from the propaganda, to methods of subversion, remain the same.
Just look at the various subversion methods DC and Brussels have deployed against Orban, after he was re-elected in Hungary last year.
I don't know what the real motivation is -- or if there is any real motivation at all -- but for people who have real power, all that LGBTQ stuff is just a sideshow, a means to an end, not any kind of goal.
