As an aside, as a manager, I had to take a two-hour sexual harrassment course recently. The entire video never once portrayed a white man as the "victim" in any of those scenarios. The examples always showed a black person, female, Asian, or transgender person getting harrassed with usually a white man as the aggressor.
The funny thing is that in nearly 40 years in the workforce, most of it in management, I have never had a harrassment claim filed against me. On the other hand, I constantly have women employees hugging me, flirting with me and asking me how my marriage is going - with the not so subtle undertone that they can offer me comfort if it is not going well. A few years back, there was a woman employee who was always coming up behind me and rubbing my shoulders or arm, offering to get me coffee or whatever.
Of course, I would never complain about any of that. Would seem rather silly if I did.
It’s complex but one factor of many is white males in the 70s maybe even 60s had the power but were afraid to use it together collectively.
They didn’t want to be labeled with all the “ists” being thrown at them by the left.

So they stood back and let the left advance.
Reality is a hard teacher.
Women will learn this.
Agreed.
Individuals have power, not demographic categories.

They want us to unite while our leaders stomp on us at home.
That requires mind-boggling willful blindness.
Our enemy is right here—no need to go chasing around the world looking for more.
