Haha, about the bath thing: I have been studying a book about Rosicrucian ethics and practices. For example, to astral travel (leaving the body and traveling about in real time, in the so-called “astral body” as we often do in dreams) the author sternly recommends a once-daily bath.

I was reading some of this to Mr K (not the one on this forum) and I got to the “daily bath” thing and we both just stared at each other, noses wrinkled, in horror.
