Give up Chinese citizenship when they become American citzen. They need to be required to live in residential property.
Wealthy Chinese nationals including Chinese government officials have bought thousands of properties in Vancouver and California that sit empty. It has driven prices through the roof. They have to spend their money somewhere, China is not a safe investment long term and they know it.
