Cabbage seems to last in the fridge a decently long time compared to other salad greens. I’ve been enjoying it this year chopped into salads or chopped for topping pozole, and also homemade coleslaw. I need to expand my recipes for it.

I used to hate sauerkraut, until I went to GERMANY and ate it in a restaurant properly cooked their way!...............WITH BACON!!!!.....................
