Not really.
The Rus were Varangians warrior clan who became rulers of the east Slavs in 800 AD. But they assimilated quickly so that within generations they spoke East slavic and had slavic names.
Present day “Russians” have large amounts of Finno Ugric and Baltuc Gene’s with some Varangian and Turco Mongol
