Four New Jersey high school students have been suspended indefinitely after they allegedly attacked a 14-year-old student in the hallway, who took her life 48 hours later after video of the attack surfaced online.
Ocean County prosecutors reportedly told Michael Kuch, father of 14-year-old Adriana Olivia Kuch, that at least three of the girls involved are facing criminal charges for the February 1 attack on his daughter at Central Regional High School in Berkeley Townshi

District officials said that the four girls’ suspensions will last until the legal process plays out.
Family members found Adriana Kuch dead by suicide at her Bayville home on February 3. Just two days earlier, video posted to social media revealed several students brutally attacking the freshman as she and her boyfriend walked down the school hallway.
According to NJ.com, the less than one minute video showed Adriana Kuch walking down the hallway when a female student repeatedly hit her in the face with a water bottle. After she fell to the floor, the female student continued pulling her hair and punching her head. At least two students could be heard off-camera cheering on the attack.
The attack was broken up 30 seconds later by two school employees, with Adriana Kuch left bruised and bloodied on the floor.
Michael Kuch told NBC 4 that his daughter was taken to a nurse, not the hospital, despite blacking out and being covered in bruises.
"I want the entire world to know what these animals did to my daughter," Michael Kuch said, adding that "a kid is assaulted with a weapon and their policy is not to call the police or file a report."
On Wednesday, more than 200 students at Central Regional High School staged a walkout, expressing their anger over the school administration’s handling of bullying.
"Adriana took her own life because nobody at the school was able to help or care or step in," sophomore Roman Valez told NBC 4. "I would actually like to teach the people who bully what they’re actually doing and how it affects."
Another student said he wanted those involved to be "criminally charged because some girl killed herself because of their actions."
"Adriana seemed to have been an especially loved student. A neighbor shared video from last summer when a daughter appeared to be drowning in her backyard pool — that's when Adrianna jumped in to save the little girl," NBC 4 reported.
"She was like a daughter to me, she was at my house almost every day," said neighbor Roxanne Gattuso.
This is so heartbreakingly sad. There is nothing that could happen to the scum who did it, and enabled it, that would be too bad.

This wasn’t bullying, this was a flat out assault.

I mean, bullying has always been a thing, but until recent times, bullying happened 99% to males. But now it seems there is a lot more female to female bullying than ever before, and it’s not just in inner city schools.
That is true and we will not be told because they are minors. Regardless of their color, they are dangerous and the police should have been called, but these schools avoid police and I don’t understand it. A teacher friend in OHio, two children and seven months pregnant heard screaming in the hallway, she went into the hallway a “youth” was attacking a girl, my friend broke it up, sent the boy to the principals office, she would be there soon but had to go into her classroom first. He followed her in, grabbed her by the throat choking her then threw her and she fell over a desk and threatened her to keep her blanking mouth shut or he would kill her. Afterhe school refused to get involved, She called her husband who was a third generation Columbus OH policeman, he took her to the ER and they kept her overnight. When she returned to work, she wanted to know what they were going to do and they basically said nothing they could do. Her husband went to the school demanding they press charges which they refused. The mother of the youth began social media threats against her and her “white cop” husband. She was harassed on line, both she and her husband were threatened, followed home several times. She had to take a leave of absence and had to fight for her pay because the story was she intentionally provoked the kid into violence. She was terrified for her husband fearing he would be ambushed, the school district did nothing.
Thanks to liberals, our country has turned into a zoo with the primates running loose.

Depends on what your definition of “bullying” is.
Today, bullying is bastardized and dumbed down to mean any kind of picking on.
In my day I was constantly picked on and tortured - girls (well, some boys) - and occasionally physically threatened. For being ugly.
I never largely considered most of my torture to be “bullying” though often the same girls did it over and over - that was the big element of what it meant. Same people torturing you constantly.
But also it usually was thought to include physical threat/assault/battery.
But in today’s “everything is bullying” - yeah, I was bullied big time as a girl by girls.
I really wish I could’ve seen what that future was like, to know that she still had a future. Sissy was our family’s spitfire and although she had her moments (the good, bad, and ugly) we loved her more than life itself and are heartbroken knowing that she’s gone. Two days before Adriana left us four girls had planned to jump my sister at her high-school. Ayona, Keyanna (KeKe), Amira, and another girl who we believe is Jasmine were the ones who planned the assault. Many students from Central Regional High School have seen the “fight video” where Amira was beating my sister with a water bottle so hard that the bottle broke open. Now before I continue I want to make it clear that I will not be posting this video on here. But I will describe it for the ones who haven’t seen it, and the ones who have seen it but only recognize it as a regular “fight video.” However, that isn’t the case so please listen to the truth.
In the video you could see my little sister just having a normal day, she wasn’t being rude or provoking anyone it was just her and her boyfriend walking in the hallway. In the video you can hear all the girls laughing and how they all planned this awful attack. Two girls were recording (Ayona and the other girl, who we think is Jasmine) while the other two (Amira and KeKe) decided to abuse my sister. Luckily Adriana’s boyfriend was there to help break up the fight because she could’ve been injured so much worse. Amira was hitting Adriana with a water bottle so hard that the cap broke off, not only that but she was also throwing punches, kicking my sister, and would not let go of her until FINALLY ONE staff member got the girl off of Adriana. Students have informed me how the staff at central took their time to even go up to them to break up the fight.
Besides that multiple students have informed me how these girls are notorious for bullying other students. Not only was Amira the one hurting my sister but also KeKe (she was the heavier girl in the video). Keke was pretending to help break up the fight but instead was recording my sister getting abused and also snuck in some punches while Adriana’s boyfriend was focused on getting Amira to let go of my sister. Ayona and the other girl were laughing and recording my sister since Ayona “just got off of homebound.” The school tried to make the attack seem way less horrific than it already is. They were standing up for KeKe and lied to my father-in-law saying she was breaking up the fight when you can clearly see her hurting and recording my sister.
Not only that the school tried to play it off that Amira only “threw water” at my sister, if that were the case why was my sister’s lip severely bruised, had bruises on her body, and her nose busted?? After the awful jumping, Ayona and her followers (the three friends) kept harassing my sister saying things like “when we see you again we’ll beat your ass.” What’s even horrible Ayona went as far as saying “I feel bad for your parents,” as in feeling bad that sissy is their daughter. But actually we loved Adriana to death and we are angry at these girls for what they did to my sister. These girls embarrassed my sister all over social media posting that video which then led to others spreading it. But not only that we also are angry at the school for not supporting Adriana and all the people spreading that horrific video.
My father-in-law even showed the school what these girls were saying. So, how is it fair for them to just get a 10-day suspension? Oh but now that my sister is dead her case is now finally being taken seriously. Why couldn’t it have been taken this seriously when my sister was alive? As I’m speaking for her family please we do not want any donations, we do not want gifts, we do not want your food, etc. Because how can these materialistic things give us what we really want? And that’s to have our Sissy back, our spitfire. Now before you bombard us with any questions we will be having a public viewing from 5-7pm on Friday February 10th at the Mastapeter memorial home in Bayville. If you wish to say a final goodbye to sissy you may, but if you did not know us, did not know Adriana, was awful to Adriana we do not want you there. The family wishes that her funeral stays private and we would appreciate it if you all respected that. Please do not keep asking us questions about the how and why because those details are not meant for the world to know. Not only that we still need time to be grieving and it makes it worse when the whole town is nonstop asking us the same questions. We only want everyone to remember the amazing moments you were blessed with to have Adriana in our life. Thank you for listening to her story. Children are no longer being taught any moral code either at home or at school. Certain demographics started this crap before the other demographics went along. Simply, its parenting failure at its most blatant.
It’s true to a degree that bullying has been ‘defined down’, but I do say, social media, has made things much worse.
Sue the crap out of the school district, and individuals responsible for the policy. These woke groomer commie educators need to learn a lesson. Make it hurt.
I would imagine these kinds of policies are pretty much the norm across most public school districts in this country.
