We used to go to a restaurant in Margate, FL, back in teh 70’s, on Saturdays and Sundays mornings for Bagel Knosh. It had a funny name and I can’t remember what it was........

I’ll ask you as an expert, then: when I’ve had top end bagels and lox there’s been sliced tomato and sliced red onion… not the smattering of diced onion in the picture. To your mind, what’s in a proper “loaded” B&L?
