Spironolactone is commonly available. It may be possible to switch blood pressure drugs to this one, and get double the benefit. Talk with your doctor.
If the glycocalyx in the kidney is effectively similar to that elsewhere in the body, rhamnan sulfate has been found to restore it. It is available in a supplement called “Arterosil.” It appears to help reverse plaques in our arteries.

Another side effect of Spironolactone, is that men grow boobies.

I'm on the stuff. Victoria's Secret
still doesn't have anything in my size.
Or so a friend told me...
To: ConservativeMind
Taking that stuff is like taking your kidneys to the kidney gym all day.

It’s used, in conjunction with other drugs and hormones, to help men ‘transition’ to women.

Take a look at “Calroy Health Sciences Arterosil HP Professional” on Amazon. It has just about everything in it except rhamnan sulfate. Maybe the compound present in seaweed or something.

also used for women who have hair problem due to things like malfunctioning adrenal glands.
Taking this drug with HCTZ balances out side effects of both so said an endo doctor.

It’s BAD if one wants to drive for 12 hr on a given day.
I just stop taking it two days in advance.
For day by day heart health management, it’s totally optional.
I think there is only a mild correlation with extending life.

The main ingredient is “MonitumRS.”
That “RS” is rhamnan sulfate. It is an extract that is patented.

I wonder why they feel the need to add so many other ingredients if the RS is so effective? Also, I want to compare dosages used in the studies vs. the retail capsule. Sometimes you find a research dosage is far in excess of an OTC dosage.
