I made that once after seeing the movie, maybe twice. I used a boston butt (pork shoulder). It was fatty, and the allspice was overwhelming.
For some odd reason pork rarely turns out the way I want it, although I do pretty good with tenderloin.

They have the real tomatoes while here in the U.S.
we have the genetically mutated tomatoes, that have no flavor.
