Shark is good eating an d they are deceptively easy to gut and clean. Guts almost fall out. Skin peels right off. One simple cartilage down the center and that is it. No bones. Meat is very tender and tasty.

Just about everyone I know who fished saltwater kept a tire knocker in the boat just for sharks if they were being kept for meat. Most any other fish when landed in a boat will flop around and such but a shark will look at you with those big black eyes and try and attack you even when out of water in the bottom of the boat.

Stupid writing. If they state that the video shows a man beating the shark in the head, and the tape is legit, then it does not APPEAR that somebody is doing something to some thing. He is beating the shark. Period. End of Story.
