Urban dumps like Memphis can’t be fixed because the denizens and their political leadership always migrate between two irreconcilable political/social paradigms:

1. “We need more police to deal with crime.”

2. “The police are racist thugs. Defund them.”

There’s no dealing with that kind of infantile mindset. The only solution is for business and government leaders to treat these dumps the same way they deal with Indian reservations.

The root cause of most of these problems is revolving door “justice” . The Scorpions existed to de-thug Memphis. The thugs existed because criminals are not locked up.

If we lock up criminals we don’t need as many cops, and we certainly don’t need Scorpions terrorizing our communities.

George Floyd should have been in prison, not on the street. If he was locked up he would not have had his breathing issues. The Georgia Jogger was likely stealing from job sites, if he was incarcerated fed up vigilante citizens would still be contributing to society.

Justice is a foundational concept of civilization. This means the government enforces basic laws against stealing, assault and murder.

We know the names and faces of those who are destroying society. The only way to fix this is to establish, or re-establish justice.

The real problem across the US is that blacks aren't asking the right questions. Other minorities in the US don't experience anywhere near the amount of racism that blacks do. The question blacks should be asking is: "Why?" The reason is because blacks exhibit violent behavior. Look at any source for violent crimes by race and blacks have a disproportionately high rate. Orin Hatch once said that, if you remove violent crimes committed by blacks between the ages of 17 and 35, the US would have a rate that is less than Switzerland. Blacks demonstrate violent culture that is far higher than other minorities or whites. That's a fact and it is not racist to point it out.

What blacks should be doing is asking themselves what they should be doing to demonstrate a non-violent culture. I'm tired to being told by blacks that all whites are racists and them expecting me to change. Blacks should be acting in such a way that the we being to see them as non-violent and respected members of society. The solution starts with blacks, not everyone else.
