What has happened to these people to make them into ANIMALS??
Generations of living under Democrats that excuse criminal behavior, turning their neighborhoods into being controlled by the most feral humans.....so you need to become feral in order to survive.
Democrats in these areas keep passing ordinances and laws, making the people feel over-policed, harassed, etc over minor infractions while the police look the other way for robbery, theft and assault.
The only "authority" that the people can turn toward are the criminal "authority" because police are neutered.
Democrats have destroyed all trust in elections and government, so the people do not vote and do not trust "new" leadership.
So, while this incident is the fault of the individuals involved, it is part of what is being done to the people over time due to generational Democratic policies.
They are in the most untouchable demographic and never hear the word NO, therefore there is no emotional regulation when it happens.
No penalty for acting out

Many have hair trigger tempers and act out without thinking.
