The Judge is incorrect. The addict is incompetent, and the founders would have done the same.As always, you're FOS.

And if none of your guns are on a 4473 then you don’t have anything to worry about.

What about Shall not be infringed.
Incompetent is no where in the text and no where in the history of the 2nd amendment
To: one guy in new jersey
Only if you’re also OK with a ban on gun owners using alcohol.

Same for felons, prior criminals, etc etc. Rights are rights. If too dangerous to have a gun, they are too dangerous to be in society.

Lolz hat are YOU on to come up with that?
FYI lots of my friends came back from the Middle East wars badly injured and with major trauma (some are known names) from the crap the experienced and mj provides them a way to sleep and deal with pain somewhat without opioids and other worse stuff
I can tell you with absolute certainty they are all competent and frankly far more deserving of the inherent right to own firearms than you are

Our governor already affirmed the 2nd Amendment rights of legal medical card holders such as myself. This was destined to fail. This is a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State Deal with it

Sure, and a ban on Jim Beam drinkers too. Or wine drinkers. Oh, maybe that's you though. Exactly. Though I personally detest the effects of marijuana, in my experience, drunks are much more dangerous than potheads.

I disagree. If you weren’t a user when you signed the form then there’s no perjury. L There was a new wrinkle in the health insurance signups this year. You have to attest that you are not and will not be a marijuana user. If you reply affirmatively and are tested positive subsequently, it is cause for immediate termination of policy and employment.
Form 4473, question 21 g. Y/N
g. Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance? Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside.
Technically you might be in compliance on the date you signed the form. It would take a drug test on that date to determine perjury or not. The context of the form is federal law with respect to marijuana.

Insane people and retarded people were disarmed by necessity. Some who did not pledge loyalty to the early U.S. Government were disarmed.

LOL, I’ve noticed you have a list of things other tax-paying self-sufficient citizens should not be allowed to own or possess, all in the name of creating your own utopian vision. A vision, I might add, that is just a absurd and unrealistic as the one Leftists dream of.
