I spent a winter in Naples many years ago, rented a nice apartment across the street from the beach. If anyone who looked like this drove on the road between me and the beach, he would have been followed by police with lights flashing and sirens wailing.
Driver/suspect might have been a brain surgeon but cops took no chances.
