Incorrect. The mRNA technology was already under development, but not these vaccines. Trump passed an unusual Executive Order in late 2019 authoring the replacement of traditional egg-based vaccines with mRNA, just before covid hit, but it was only being being done for Flu vaccines at the time. I wonder how coincidental that was to be honest.
The more important point is, the covid vaccines were all ordered by Trump before any human testing was done, which is unheard of, and was obviously dangerous considering in previous mRNA testing on mammals all the test subjects had died. If you need links for any of this too just let me know.

Because they still support the vaccines, just like Trump still does. So Trump isn’t interested in “blaming anyone” yet either, at least not yet. They’re all still in cahoots, so far, and don’t want to give the impression anything went wrong, or that there is anything to blame anyone for.
