If I found a bag with a large amount of cash and no other information as to its contents (unlike this one with the wedding info), I would be concerned it was drug money. How is that your "concern?"
It doesn't belong to you. If you are of low moral character you keep it. If you are not, you attempt to reunite it with its rightful owner.
