I never understood the original restraining order that just applied to the named plaintiffs. It should have applied to everyone in the state from the get-go.
An ‘assault’ weapon ban is passing in the WA state legislator too and will soon become ‘law’ until it’s kicked out as unconstitutional by a court. Friggin’ tyrants!

It should be without lube, which means a contempt citation and fine, since Illinois' criminal government has been rebuked several times already.
I would add that the AA candidate Attorney General's claim is simply wrong: the rational basis test no longer applies, at least in Federal Court: it should be history & tradition.

I’m glad that the judge has extended it statewide. He must be fairly sure that this unconstitutional law is going to be struck down.

They finally realized it’s an illegal ban that cannot stand - and that it was idiocracy on their part to only have the stay affect the 866 complainants instead of everyone.
