It shouldn't, but it will. Because JB Prickster is an arrogant sumnabitch and he thinks he knows better than everyone else.

That, and as I posited somewhere on this forum right after he signed this unconstitutional POS, he was doing it "for show."

To appease the gun grabbers in this state. He knows (or he should...) that the Bruen ruling means this is going to go down in flames in the US Supreme Court if the IL Supreme Court is stupid enough to let it get that far without declaring it unconstitutional themselves.

Prickster thinks he's "presidential timber" and is going to run for President in 2024. That's been "leaking" around Hellinois since Prickster was "re-elected". If you think this is bad, Prickster has (D) Sen Tammy Duckworth shilling for a "National FOID Card" like Hellinois has. The same FOID card that's on the brink of being declared unconstitutional itself by the IL Supreme court.

So these aren't good days for JB "Jabba the Hut" Prickster here in Hellinois.
