Joe Montana was the best QB ever, until Brady came along. He looked like a deer in the headlights when he was hired as a TV commentator.
I would think that Fox did some serious market research/screen tests, etc before they signed a contract for $375 million for ten years.

You might be right, but I think you’re forgetting that Brady has run every QB meeting for the last 20 years. That’s a lot of talking, that’s a lot of analysis.
