Well, my pain pills were helping until I experienced some lower digestive problems yesterday evening, and found it was side effects of the meds.
I had planned on no meds today anyway but now I’m hurting bad again. I’m in a delimina now. I couldn’t go swimming exercise this morning because I still had abdominal pain but I’m not going to take pain meds every day. If I have an MRI and have significant damage, I still don’t want to be doped up but the pain is bad.
Oh Rusty....so sorry to hear this. I wish I could offer you some solid solution.
Are you taking probiotics Rusty?

A few friends of mine have been going to see an acupuncturist (for various pain issues).
They EACH swear by it, now!
One has MS, and, related troubles, one has arthritic knees....and, another has (had) shoulder pain.
Now, i’m trying to see if hubby will go (for his stiff back).
I’d even be willing to try it...if I had the pain issues.
