About three years ago, coyotes were seen chasing deer in our residential neighborhood. There was a significant decrease in the stray cat population.
Lately though, the deer population seems to have decreased and the stray cat’s have resumed
I know a guy that has made his entire adult living as a professional government funded Coyote Killer. He is sometimes assigned to a problem area for other predators but usually it’s coyote. He loves it and it is ultimate life goal.
