both her and Penny Marshall both died at 75.
I was just a tad to young to appreciate the show as my mom always watched it, but i always loved the theme song—up there with one day at a time for best theme songs!

Ron Howard is 68, so Cindy was 7 years older. Wouldn't have guessed. She always looked so youthful.
Beautiful too, with a great speaking voice. Never heard a negative thing about her.

One of her serious roles, in a dramatic and highly underrated film was in The Conversation from 1974. It was her conversation with Frederic Forrest that had consumed the attention of Harry Caul, played by Gene Hackman. The pacing of this thriller is unlike what we see in today's movies, but it is an excellent film. Directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
