Trying to get an appointment with the doctor is ridiculous.
It’s usually weeks out, even when it’s something relatively serious.
Welcome to obama care.
And that is why people end up just going to the ER.

What state? Moved from Ohio where we could get in with doctors we had established care with in fairly reasonable time frames, lab work (including x-rays to MRI) was same day with options.
Now in New Mexico. At least 6 months out for initial appointment with anyone. Labs have to be scheduled a couple of weeks out. It’s nuts. Specialists all require local doctor referral. Was in hospital a few months ago, two of four doctors that saw me were immigrants. New Mexico has special tax they charge on Doctors income so many don’t stay here long.
Same here with the dentist...even for a cleaning. I had to cancel my cleaning appointment with my dentist's office last May. I had to wait another six months (November), before they could fit me in.
