Our research showed that Skoda drivers were the most intelligent of the 22 car brands included in the study, with an average IQ score of 99. Interestingly, our previous research found that Skoda drivers were the drivers with the least psychopathic tendencies too, perhaps demonstrating that Skoda drivers may be calmer on the roads.
Suzuki (98.09), Peugeot (98.09), Mini (97.79) and Mazda (95.91) drivers followed to make up the top five most intelligent motorists when split by car brand driven, all with average IQ scores of over 95.
On the other end of the scale, our study found that BMW drivers generally had a lower IQ, with a score of 91.68, alongside Fiat (90.14) and Land Rover (88.58) drivers. However its worth remembering that worldwide average IQ sits between scores of 85 and 115, so all surveyed sat within that scale.
Gasoline car drivers scored an average IQ score of 94.35, followed by hybrid (93.89) and diesel (92.91) drivers, while electric drivers placed in fourth position with an average score of 90.19 – 4.16 less than gasoline drivers on average.
Those choosing a white car scoring on average 95.71 on the IQ test – a significant 7.28 more than those choosing green vehicles, who ranked with an average IQ score of 88.43.
Gas car owners are a lot smarter than electrical car owners.
Regular car owners are smarter than the flashy car owners.
White car owners are smarter than green (yuk) car owners

The only thing these scores tell me is to confirm I’m sharing the road with idiots.
Unless you’re repairing the car yourself, I think those who buy the high end sports cars are stupid. Hundreds of dollars for a car that isn’t drivable because you have to take it to the shop after nearly every drive because of the roads.
At least, economywise, those who drive $40,000 cars, or less, can probably be argued as being the most intelligent.
Those whom use turn signals and keep right except to pass are smarter because they are engaging in DRIVING, are considerate and not sight-seeing and texting, applying make-up, etc.
Classic Top Gear would have done something similar.
from personal observation, blue dodge / Chrysler vans are the stupidest drivers on the road followed by honda odysees and then older ford rangers , but over all, pushing 90% of the time you get near one...jeeps attract the dumbest people to drive on a paved road - country wide!
I ain’t never seen no Skoda.
I know which ones are the worst. Subaru hands down, no other makes even come close. BMW, and Audi drivers are a distant second, and any old Chrysler product drvers bring up the rear.

I thought that was rather odd, as well.

I had no idea IQs were so low! No wonder I can’t understand anyone and think they are all idiots.
I fix them myself, don't give a damn what the color is as long as it's a medium, low key color. I don't buy obscure stuff because I like widely available, low cost parts, new or used. Never paid more than a 4 digit price tag, have never been without transportation for more than two days and haven't been in an accident in over 40 years when I was a teen.
That’s the smartest way, imo. A person should know, as a principle, how to at least change their oil.
I meant hundreds of thousands of dollars for cars that are mostly undriveable on our streets.

2) Don’t be a jerk.
3) Speed doesn’t kill. Speed differential kills. That applies to both too fast and too slow.
